California Privacy Notice

What California residents can ask of us under the CCPA, as amended by the CPRA.
About this notice #
This notice is for California residents, to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (the CCPA), applies to FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z), a company incorporated in Singapore. It supplements our Privacy Notice.
What we collected in the past 12 months #
- Identifiers: name, email address, account identifiers, and digests of network addresses.
- Commercial information: your organization's plan and payment status.
- Internet or other network activity: sign-in records, the actions you take in the console, and server logs.
- Professional information: the organizations you belong to and your role in them.
- Sensitive personal information: your account password, held only as a one-way hash, used only to let you sign in.
We collect these from you, from your organization when it invites you, and from your use of the Service, for the business purposes listed in the Privacy Notice. We disclose them for those purposes to the service providers on our subprocessors page. We keep each category for the periods in our Data Retention Schedule.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We have not done either in the past 12 months, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of anyone under 16. We use sensitive personal information only to provide the Service, so there is nothing to limit.
Your rights #
You have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you and how we use and disclose it, to get a copy of it, to have it corrected, and to have it deleted, subject to the exceptions the CCPA allows. We will not discriminate against you for using these rights.
Write to privacy@nayto.io or use our privacy request form. We will confirm we have your request within 10 business days, verify your identity by matching what you tell us with what we hold, and answer within 45 days, or within 90 days if we tell you we need longer. An authorized agent may make a request for you with your signed permission; we may ask you to confirm your identity with us directly.
How this document changes #
Every version of this document has a number and the date it applies from, both printed under the title. A change is published as a new version rather than an edit to this one, so what the document said on any day can be checked.
When a change matters to what you have agreed or to how we use your data, we tell you before it takes effect. Earlier versions are available from legal@nayto.io.
