Accessibility Statement

Our aim #

FLOW FN PTE. LTD. (UEN 202617303Z), a company incorporated in Singapore wants the Nayto website and console to be usable by everybody, including people who use a keyboard instead of a mouse, a screen reader, magnification or high contrast. We build them to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

Where we are #

We believe the website and the console are partly conformant with WCAG 2.2 AA: most of what they offer meets it, and we have not yet confirmed that all of it does.

Every release is checked by automated tests for things we know matter: every control can be reached and used from the keyboard and shows where focus is; each page has one main heading and named landmarks; text colours meet contrast ratios in both light and dark themes; and pages work without sideways scrolling from 320 pixels wide. We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit.

What plays on screens is chosen by the organizations that run them, and is not covered by this statement.

Tell us about a barrier #

If something on the website or in the console is hard or impossible for you to use, write to legal@nayto.io with "Accessibility" in the subject, saying which page and what happened. We will reply within five business days, and we aim to fix anything that stops you completing a task within 30 days. If you need information from us in another format, ask and we will provide it.

Review #

We review this statement at least once a year, and after any significant change to the website or the console.

How this document changes #

Every version of this document has a number and the date it applies from, both printed under the title. A change is published as a new version rather than an edit to this one, so what the document said on any day can be checked.

When a change matters to what you have agreed or to how we use your data, we tell you before it takes effect. Earlier versions are available from legal@nayto.io.
